Sometimes a complete change in climate can also trigger a complete change in pain and inflammation levels. Maybe South Oz climate is better suited to you than Boganville !

it's Wirrina cove, south of adelaide
i think the region called the Fleurieu Peninsula.
really strong winds today,- i'm here for the tom quilty 160km endurance ride.

I thought it looked familiar Buck. My brother-in-law lives at Sellicks Beach just North of where you are. Cape Jervis is to the south. That is where you can get the ferry to Kangaroo Island.

Made it back alive on a twin engine plane..just.
passenger could not turn off an Apple iphone and the flight was stopped from take off until it could be fixed.
a two button cold reset did the trick (Ctrl-Alt -del ???)
And the temperature light came on in my hire car -86C in cold weather.
happened just after i took it thru the car wash near the airport (hope i did not destroy something???)
And a guy grabbed my bag by mistake off the carousel baggage colllection, - thought that only happened in the movies???? :lol: :lol: :lol:

My first thought was fluid in the joint, but on closer inspection I surmise incipient osteoarthritis. I recommend a Bex and a good lie-down.
