I am not a great sleeper, I wake every 1 > 2 hours, continually through the night. While at work (afternoon shift) I used to have up to 10 cups of coffee per day. Know at 78yrs old I have one cup at lunch time. when I left work I went through withdrawal symptoms from drinking less coffee. 3 cups of tea & 1 cup of coffee per day & plenty of water! :hitting_wall :flaming_mad :flaming_mad (SOME SCOTCH ALSO) \:D/

I don't drink coffee. I drink green tea during the day. I like a short nap in the afternoon, and a couple of glasses of red wine before dinner.
