What we don't know far exceeds what we do know, that's for sure. I am by nature a skeptic, so I try to keep an open mind as far as possible, but I try to temper that with a measure of proportion, which is to say the less likely a proposition is, the less likely it is that I will give it serious consideration. I recognise too that my view is coloured by my own culture and life experience.

At the present time, I cannot accept there is a deity or supra-life force. Like Hawking and Sagan before him, I believe we're stardust, manifested as a living being for the briefest of moments in time.
