It's just gone mid day and we've cracked the magic five degree mark. The wind chill is minus one.
My wood fire is cruising with a lounge room temp of 22 degrees.

I prefer winter to approach gracefully, so that I can adjust to lower temperatures, not ambush me with an arctic gale.
