Your opinion?

Is everyone really entitled to an opinion?

If my opinion is that the Earth is flat, I might cite arguments I can use as evidence, but other opinions have stronger evidence.

If I tell you my opinion is that 1 + 1 = 3, or that I think yellow is just another form of pink, I have no supporting evidence. And you have only empirical evidence to gainsay me, which doesn’t count for much when you hear statements like there is “no empirical evidence to show that carbon dioxide affects the climate in any way”. .
.
What if my opinion is that my neighbour is plotting against me?
Or another country plotting against ours?

Because I have an equal right to an opinion, should I be heard?

Personally i'm looking forward to Artificial intelligence and the arrival of our robot overlords.
Sticking to 100% scientific method and getting rid of human emotions, gullibility, religion, voodoo science
and the complete and utter ratbaggery that pervades facebook and fake news. :character-oldtimer: :character-oldtimer:
