Seagreens® Salad & Condiment
Dry grind, soak in water, or just chew! These dried pieces of Seagreens® wild Pelvetia canaliculata can be milled in a table grinder or soaked in cold water for use as salad, garnish or warm vegetable.

Complements herbs and spices and is an ideal mineral balanced alternative to table salt. It’s even good to chew! Try mixing with unrefined salt, herbs and spices. An easy way to eat seaweed is as a healthy replacement for salt.
Seagreens® Culinary Ingredient
Ready-milled grains of Seagreens® wild Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed for use in cooking and baking, or sprinkled on almost any raw or cooked food.

Used sparingly (eg. half a teaspoon per person in plain broccoli soup) it significantly broadens the nutritional profile, combining with the food to bring out its natural flavour without dominating.

Use it instead of salt: sodium is in ideal natural balance with all the other mineral salts your body needs - to strengthen and support the cardiovascular system.

Especially useful in children’s favourites and an inexpensive way to pep up the most minimal diet!
I dream, therefore I am.

No doubt about it. Germain remains a supreme iconoclast. Long may she live! I love her.
