You can make a scone loaf by adding an egg to that recipe. Don't worry if it seems a bit wet before baking.
Or here's a bit different sweet version, changing cream and SR flour. Walnuts and extra sugar.
Experiment! :icon_biggrin:

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg beaten
170 mls lemonade
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Method

STEP 1 Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl.
STEP 2 In another bowl mix ½ cup lemonade, egg, milk and oil.
STEP 3 Add to dry ingredients and stir lightly until moist.
STEP 4 Stir in nuts and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
STEP 5 While hot brush with the rest of the lemonade and sprinkle with white sugar.
I dream, therefore I am.
