Ok once and for all should be chewy or crunchy?

The amount of water you have in your dough mix determines whether your cookies will be soft or crunchy!

I say it's how long you cook them for. Shorter time - softer biscuit.
Either way I can't stand 'em! :icon-mrgreen:

soft. already ruined my teeth on rock hard Ginger nuts,- took me a while to learn how to dunk 'em in the coffee.
