my new browser

Post by terra » 09 Jan 2018, 15:26

after many years of being a "Chrome" die-hard when it comes to my desktop computers browser, I made a change recently to "Opera".

Pleasantly surprised is how I describe it... it's now my default browser.
It's quick and easy to navigate thanks to a nice speed dial page. The built-in ad blockers takes care of pesky ads and pop ups and the Youtube plays nicely too.
I don't know what engine it runs but I don't really care, it works !

highly recommended ! :twocents-mytwocents:

It used to be Norwegian, but now it's owned by a Chinese group. I used it years ago, as it had features that other browsers had yet to include. The current version uses the same engine as Chrome.

Thanks Perry ! :text-thankyou:

I'll continue using it and report back in a few weeks with a long term view of it ! :twocents-mytwocents:
