Kristina was a protege of Eddie Obeid and others who were later found to be corrupt. I agree that she is a smart woman and a well experienced politician, but she has skeletons in her closed and her past will haunt her in the campaign. She is a good choice for Labor, but Alexander will be hard to beat - if he loses, it will be Malcolms fault, not Alexanders.

A quote from SMH, "Alexander must be feeling like an injured tennis player, returning from injury, and having to face Federer in the first round".

Go Kristina,go get 'im. :good_one :good_one

Kristina has two handicaps. One is that Bennelong is a "safe seat" with a 10% first preference margin.
The other is the former association with Obeid but this could be used to negate that.

Her advantage is that Turnbull seems unable to lead his government effectively.
They are clearly a house divided and voters don't like that.
If you don't have an ASIO file by now then you should be ashamed of yourself.
