This page is self explanatory, so I won't comment any further.

There are wheels within wheels. All I know, or rather believe, is that both major parties were (are?) corrupt, and some people saw fit to break the mould. May be many of the public, but certainly not all - Hilary still got a high vote. But some with a lot of savvy about the system.

No-one, least of all Trump, expected him to get in. Is he blaming her, that he's put in a job he didn't want? It's more comfortable to sit on the sidelines and jeer.

Would Sanders have been able to set America back to sincerity, honesty, and humanity, or was the party too strong for him to achieve that? I wish he'd been given the chance.

What nobody knew was the disastrous effect that breaking of the mould would have. We all should be careful of what we wish for. If it results ultimately in a new better political system, I expect, or hope, the present chaos is worth it. But just because Trump is so obnoxious doesn't mean Hilare is all sweetness and light. Many will see her as Trump's opponent and therefore back her. Is this perhaps his aim, to get his erstwhile friend into power by making her the main focus of his tirades, so people will have sympathy for her? He may be an idiot, but his devious mind could hatch anything.
I dream, therefore I am.

Clinton would have perpetuated the same narrative as her predecessors, which is neoliberalism. Sanders understood this. However, had he succeeded in becoming president he would have been stonewalled by a Republican Congress. Unless you have a sympathetic Congress you'll get nowhere, but Sanders would have changed history. Now we're stuck with the same old policies writ large, and the world will suffer as a result.

Clinton was elected President by a reasonable majority.
Trump is there because of an unethical college vote. He is on a guilt trip.
I think Sanders would have suited my politics but in America I believe he was unelectable.
America would not elect a woman. They certainly would not elect a socialist. Pity.

Hillary Clinton received many more votes than Trump, therefore she was electable.

Words from Noam Chomsky: "The most remarkable thing about the last election was actually Bernie Sanders not Trump"
