Negative gearing

Saw this on Twitter.

He makes a good point.

Dear @abcnews, this morning @KellyODwyer used the misleading line that most negative gearers have taxable incomes of under $80k.
Why did you not challenge her to talk about Gross incomes?
Their taxable incomes are under $80k BECAUSE of the #negativegearing. #auspol

If you don't have an ASIO file by now then you should be ashamed of yourself.

Here is another one from Mr. Wren. It has nothing to do with negative gearing, but is equally damning of the government, and media. Do you think a pattern is forming?

Is there a media blackout on the NSW blackouts? If it was a Labor state it would be front and centre of every news bulletin and newspaper. #auspol #nswpol

Weren't those blackouts isolated and caused by local storm activity? One suburb near us was affected, but we were okay.

Wasn't it a storm that knocked over the power lines in SA. Didn't seem to matter to Turnbull,Friedenburg and the media then.

Yes, but that was a whole network, whereas, I think, only small areas were affected in NSW. The main issue in SA was that they couldn't bring up a standby generator because the owners weren't prepared to pay the exorbitant spot price. Now when they have a need for extra generation, Musk's solar battery kicks in immediately and no-one notices, especially the government.
