So breathing in toxic smoke from tobacco is plant is bad
But breathing in toxic smoke from marijuana is good?
Give.me.a.break.
I had two friends back in the day, one had a psychotic episode from smoking dope
The other became a living zombie from smoking dope.
The AMA has tried to warn us.

Look at broken down dysfunctional communities, what do they have in common?
1.Unemployment
2. drugs
3. alcohol
4. High levels of crime and domestic violence.

But which is cause, and which is effect?

BTW, the Greens aren't promoting the use of marijuana; they're saying it needs to be seen as a medical/health issue, not a criminal one. Bringing it within a legal framework keeps the bad guys out and allows users to seek help. One thing's for sure: the current system isn't working.

Planet america went thru the numbers on dope in america, - its legal in half the country.
In colorado dope use has doubled.
and 17% of kids who use it become addicted.
I'll be interested to see what 4 corners has to say on monday night.

Then you read this: Colorado's teen marijuana use dips after legalisation

Other states' experience would also be interesting.

I smoked my last joint in 1974.... it was good !

I gave up ciggies in 1990 .... it was good because I could breathe better at last and felt good about myself....it was good !

I also liked the way that my clothing, my body and my house smelt.... it was good.

.... but, recently I've had smoking foisted upon me without my permission. Dirty, filthy particle laden and cancerous causing smoke !
Polluting my senses, my clothing, my house and my outside environment.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
. The culprits ?
.
.
.
. the bloody Rural fire Service idiots who think that there's nothing better to do on the week-ends than torching a few thousand hectares of grass or bush.... in the name of Hazard Reduction.
What a load of CRAP !

Now....if I were to light up a small "backyard burn" on my property, I'd have the local council down on me for creating a smoke nuisance and then whacking me with a huge fine !

So........... smoking dope a problem ?
Nope !
