Discriminatory marketing/selling

Are we being treated like human beings by our Corporate Captains? Have they heard of the word 'compassion' or is greed the guiding light for them?

Such ploys would be unnecessary if the major stores sold their wares at the true worth and actually competed with each other to create a level of equality. The way I see it is that one item can be low cost while another is the high cost.....thus evening the score and getting the best profit. Either way, we are the consumers and have to put with it.

I view with great amusement this business of reducing an item
by %50 percent and i do not fail to tell them, if you can reduce
your product by %50 and still make a profit then you where over
charging me by that amount.

In other words they are ripping us off, now when you say this to the
shop assistant which i might add is unfair they look at you like a stunned
mullet, gee i love getting old it drops all the barriers without dropping
your shorts. :heeheehee :heeheehee :heeheehee

Perhaps you should also take notice that both big supermarkets have started to give you discounts if you buy in "THREES"
Today's Woolies weekly circular includes offers from BWS with big discounts if you buy 3 cartons, 3 bottles or 3 barrels. It used to be two.......now it's THREE.

Just buy one and do their head in.
Better still, don't buy any.

But at NQR they had rice cakes (Apple and Cinnamon) :romance-cloudnine: For $1.27 a pack, but $2 for six packs!
I didn't feel manipulated, was a chance to shout friends to a pack or two!
