Bank CBA yeah right

Are we being treated like human beings by our Corporate Captains? Have they heard of the word 'compassion' or is greed the guiding light for them?

Isn't it strange that when banks admit to, or get caught out diddling its' customers, (bank error in your favour), the refund or compensation payments take many months to actually be processed. The CBA admitted only a few days ago that most customers would not be reimbursed until early next year for the banks latest blunder where they ripped off 80 million dollars over a period of five years.............
............ but, when an error in the banks favour is discovered, the banks want their money back yesterday !

And they would have made a motsa out of that 80 mil
and they will make even more while you wait for yours.
I knew a business man in Sydney in the 70s he said then
the Commonwealth bank was full of gangsters it seems
like nothings changed, time for regulation.
