It has threatened here, but other than a few drops, nothing.

I planted some butter beans a few weeks ago. Plant in full sun,the packet said,so I did. Watered them every day. They had just struck some flowers when the recent heatwave hit, :teary :teary . They are now fertiliser for my next crop, what ever that may be.

We've had two or three short showers, and a bit of drizzle this morning. It's a long, hot summer.

I don't understand: the earth is spinning at over 1000 miles per hour.
How can a mass of hot air just stall and sit in the one place for 7 days???? :hitting_wall :hitting_wall :hitting_wall

This poor little swamp wallaby broke cover and came to drink from the bird baths yesterday. so thirsty.
I walked past two big roos as they grazed in my fire hazard, they stood their ground and were not gonna move for anyone, too hungry, too hot.
