Criminal nearly lost his third brain on the gold coast after being chased by a police dog.
Sadly his first and second brain must have been in poor condition as well.

I'm glad to see you're on the road to recovery but a month in the hospital. Did you get a complete makeover or what? Jokes aside, I'm glad you're back and still kicking, Duke. Always look for your comments when I log on.

Thanks, Hawkeye I went into the hospital for repair of an aneurysm in the aorta artery, how long I asked the surgeon
a week to ten days says he, them more scans and another find two herniae in the bowl, then they said the heart had
paused so I needed a pacemaker and that is how I ended up being in the hospital for a month without sleep argh.
The last year has been a nightmare and overall dropped 20kg, but I am still here brother. :character-oldtimer:

Saw Landline today, they did a story on 'Kombucha' .
They mentioned Dukeys theory on the 'second brain'.
It's all about the 'probiotics' or sumpin'.

What can one say Duke except you made it. Whether you were lucky or tough or both, you survived. It's always a bit scary when you put your life in someone else's hands and a relief when you wake up alive. You've had a tough year but you made it. I hope the road ahead is less rocky and I expect you'd drink to that. Here's to you, Duke.

Good onya Duke de la Creek..... it just hasn't been the same without you. They've been misbehaving here so much that Warrigal has taken leave for 40 days and 40 nights.
Maybe you can tempt her back.
We've been keeping an eye on you in the Silver Saloon section.
Stay well young man ! :bear_hug

What took you to the Dr in the first place GD,I bet you didn't just turn up to some B'berg G P,saying "I have an Aortic Aneurysm that is about to rupture anytime or a couple of Hernia about to strangulate & me Heart not too good either Doc.,"?" living out on that farm in the "Backblocks." At least you had a good hospital! Now what's this complaint re no sleep, you don't go into hospital to sleep(you have a perfectly good bed at home for doing that GD!)You must have run those poor Nurses off their feet, with a medical history such as yours, not one health problem, but three, they should have been warned, so they could have taken their annual leave!
So now you'll need two months at the least for a recovery, so lay off that "Homebrew!"Anyway, it's great having you with us once again! =D= \:D/ :bear_hug

he ordered a number of tests the rest went on from there.
