LIMERICKS - Close to a World record?

Post by godfather » 11 Dec 2017, 17:04

This Christmas air has stimulated my nostrils and I feel that we are close to a World record with the Silver Peers efforts in our Progressive Limericks game.

It has been running over 12 years and the participants haven't stopped writing their contributions since the 17-10-2005 when the game began with the idea and first entry by Glamma.

I wonder if our super sleuth Dreamweaver would like to spend some time on a bit of research and perhaps contact the Guinness Book of Records crowd here in Australia to see whether we can claim the title?

What do you reckon ladies & gents?

Yes, I have about 2 years worth of LIMERICKS in a condensed form on an other harddrive for safe keeping.
Intended to convert all older ones into that format but it is tedious and takes time. It means that I have taken only the completed FIVE lines as one post. It saves space. One day, time and health permitting I will post them into the ARCHIVES on SP.
