Our Silver Peers FLASH MOB collection

Post by godfather » 26 Jul 2012, 21:04

Ok, here is the first one of what we hope will be a great string of beautiful music and happy people forgetting their everyday problems and enjoying themselves.

1) Over 2000 people singing and dancing to Lady Gaga's "Born This Way". Enjoy and don't forget to place another one as soon as you can.

In Australia! Flash Mob for charity surprised train commuters. 'The Move Movement' is a charity program developed by the Westmead Medical Research Foundation (WMRF) that promotes a healthy active lifestyle, in the prevention of disease. The 'Make Your Move' flash mob event was organised by the Event Management students from the Ultimo College and filmed by the Film and Television (screen) students from Randwick College, TAFE NSW Sydney Institute.

Fantastic! More of that impromptu kind of entertainment could solve the world's problems if we could all be caught up in creating happiness at least once a day!

Also love these sort of things, great to see healthy happy young people enjoying themselves without causing trouble as so many of them do.

Always hoping that somewhere I go to some of them do one of these Flash Mob entertainments.

That really is a beauty Maggs.
Couldn't help but enjoying that despite Classical music not being my favourite genre.
Still smiling about the children enjoying the fun!

SHOPPERS were brought to a standstill on the weekend by No McDonald's in Tecoma protesters who "flashmobbed" Westfield Knox.

Around 100 operatic singers converged on the food court recently and sang a rendition of a popular Les Miserables song Can You Hear the People Sing.

The opening bars were sung by an operatic tenor on the steps of the McDonald's in the food court. The tenor was then joined in chorus by singers who had been disguised as cleaners, retail staff and shoppers.

Construction is currently underway at the controversial Burwood Hwy site and is guarded by security guards 24 hours a day.
