Just one food

Post by Dreamweaver »

If you could eat only one thing each day for all 365 days of the year, what would it be?

I have a banana every morning with my breakfast.

I would eat BANANAS!
Firstly, they contain so many vitamins, and secondly, I LOVE THEM!
Bananas are said to be a little bag of "GOODIES".

I think the original question was badly worded.
:text-imsorry:
Eating one thing once a day we probably wouldn't survive a whole year! It was meant to be one food each day, not one item of food.

I am very tempted to go with bananas too, but dread to think of my waistline after three meals a day of bananas. How many bananas?
I feel Perry has made a wise choice, but does it qualify as a single food?
My original thought was I should choose a vegetable - but which one? The thought of three meals a day of any single one was a bit off-putting, and I eventually went for raw celery! Doesn't sound exciting, but easiest to put up with I think.

If it's the same food item three times a day, then it could be broccoli, steamed of course.
