Hi grand duke lovely to hear from you.
Its probably quite simple.
Its here on silver peers.
I have a personal unread a nd cannot open because it sanys my folder is full.
It says

You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

Mavis,it is easy, just go to the top right of the message you wish to delete, alongside your name, and press the X. O:) O:)

Or if you want to delete a few there's no need to open any. Just tick the boxes in your inbox, of the ones you want to get rid of, and a little panel beneath has options for what you want to do with the ticked ones.

I did that only this morning DW !

It's the easiest way IMO. Your in inbox and outbox only hold 20 messages so it's a good idea to clean them out regularly.

Click Private Messages. In the left-hand menu select Rules, folders & settings. There's a panel labelled If folder is full. Change the option from Do not accept new messages to Delete oldest messages. Click Change.
