I have been away for 2 days, and GD has still not worked his problem out. I think it is time to invest in a real computer, mate.

Even if you get wifi working it still may not get your tinypic password retrieved.

have you tried joining another site like Imgur or Zenfolio or Flickr?

DUKEEEEEEYYYYYY, here you go again bringing up a NEW SUBJECT "WIFI" in an ongoing topic over IMAGES! Naughty lad!

I've just taken 45 minutes to shift all the IMAGES stuff to this location and if you guys go on bringing in new subjects into every thread then poor old (young) Perry will need to engage a couple of Au Pairs to help him.

That'll make you jealous, I'll bet!

already onto it. But it seems dukeys problem is not actually related to this forum but things like login password and uploading to a photo host.

No? Would you like it moved again, Buck? You don't think it applies to Computers and Things that Drive Us Around the Bend

No need to move it, - dukey uses the 'active topics' thingy.
He's probably playing possum... or squirrel
we need a mobile technician to drive up there and fix his problem, test his moonshine etc.

Speaking of computers driving people crazy, trying to get an NBN fixed wireless connection is sending me around the twist
I think it's been nearly two months...getting nowhere.

And incidently when I posted that pic recently I remembered GF saying it was 1000 x 800 pixels and made mine that size and SPs told me it was too big. I knocked 200 pixels off all round and it was accepted. Just saying

I think you may be right about the compression thingy theory though Buck.
YES, lynny and Buck you are correct the file size maximum was set at 250kb per image.
I have just doubled that to 500kb per image.

It appears that we now have to deal with TWO image limitations which are now set to:

1) Dimensions - 1000 x 800 pixels max

2) File size - 500 kb max

Sorry for any inconveniences but try it now guys and let me know your results please!

Terra, I have now gone back to the forum where the topic "PERRY" was originally posted and corrected my mistake not leaving any pointers.
Very sorry but many thanks for making me aware of the problem!
