There's still much they don't know about it. Mirabai Nicholson-McKellar first tested positive to COVID-19 in March
In late April she was told she was clear to leave isolation
Since then she has tested positive to COVID-19 twice more

Like with the common cold, immunity doesn't last.
I now realise the devastation in the form of the common cold that Europeans brought to Australia's aboriginal peoples, who had no immunity at all.
I dream, therefore I am.

Got a tip-off today to say that a second wave of Covid-19 is starting to develop. If that's true, we should see a surge from next week onwards.

Hubby woke yesterday with a "bit of a sore throat" and a runny nose so we both presented to the local hospital for a COVID-19 test.

It was a very streamlined process that was all over in about 30 minutes for some questioning and assessment, then the throat and nostrils were swabbed. Not too bad at all.

When we came home again we registered by phone in a series of Q & A text messages and this morning we received the results by text message - Your results are NEGATIVE.

Had they been positive we would have been immediately contacted by phone call to guide us through the next steps.

I feel very good today and less apprehensive about visiting our granddaughter and her baby son who we haven't seen since early February.
