Nine more to go to the High Court? If this continues, they'll be lucky to find a quorum to pass the same sex marriage bill.

The government used the Speaker's vote to deny the plan to send them all and then passed a motion to send just Feeney whose Batman seat is very marginal. Talk about political opportunism AKA dirty pool.

Sen Katy Gallagher asked to be referred to cut short the attacks on her legitimacy.

Maiwar has just been declared for the Greens in Queensland. Plenty of disgruntled Labor voters.
