The question is, how to stay cool in the heat?????
I hate the expression "OLD WIVES TALES!" As usual back in the days of yore, women always got the blame if things went wrong!

The one I think is most effective is sitting with your feet in cold water.

Thank you for replying Perry.
I find that I get very warm and perspire when I go for my walk early in the morning.
If I have an icy cool drink, and put a cold face washer on the back of my neck, it cools me down.
Also if we have been out in the afternoon, I have a small can of light beer from the fridge. That cools me down vey quickly.
