Perry wrote in part, In the first instance, you'd have to blame the lender. After all, they're supposed to be prudent in determining the credit-worthiness of the borrower, and this is precisely the situation that caused the global financial crisis.
Don't these people learn anything now where is that royal commission into the banks and sought these mongrels out once and for all. :character-oldtimer:

Once again greedy banks lending knowing they can not lose
on any deal, how'ever i believe they do at times come to some
arrangements if people run into repayment problems but having
never having been in that situation i would not know what such
methods are.

Greedy banks..or greedy people?
people who want to negatively gear 200 properties?
I believe there is at least one member of federal parliament with over 200 properties.

Bloody banks !
:kiss_my_bum:
Why have a Reserve Bank governor dictating interest rates when the major banks thumb their nose at him and do their own thing.
Reserve Bank rates are at an historically low rate of just 1.5%
Maybe someone should tell the banks who are around the 5% mark.
What we need is a Prime Minister with enough balls to put the banks on notice and get tough with them.
It won't be Turnbull..... I reckon he sits down to pee !

In previous times we used to hope that wiser heads would prevail, but these days we have to look to which corporations will benefit or suffer. The US has always been a mercantile nation.

So what does it all mean over and above the secrecy, misinformation,
fear mongering, prophecies of doom, and outright lies, keep the peasants
guessing, on edge, and fearful and as Perry said which corporation or filthy
rich mongrel will it affect the most. It's a sobering effect knowing those
who we elect end up being bought and sold.

Can't see any war involving china anytime soon.
companies like Apple make all their stuff in China.
most of the debt of America is funded by China.
