CONTEMPT?

Are we being treated like human beings by our Corporate Captains? Have they heard of the word 'compassion' or is greed the guiding light for them?

Whisky wont cure anything but it sure takes your mind off whatever is bothering you. Just like ibuprofin, only temporary relief \:D/

It's difficult to see the relationship between the last three posts, and the hypocrisy of the modern commercial world.

The link is fairly plain, Tedwalker - we were simply talking about pain killers and the wisdom of taking them in their various forms.

HUGO: If the company just used one box & advertised that this tablet may give temporary relief to
headache, backache, period pain ETC: & charged the one price they would not have been in the
trouble they're in now! They deceived they the public by the inference that each of the tablets were different
& thus they charged a different price!!!! :flaming_mad

I've just had a lot of Martinis and Moonshine for lunch.

I'm now pleased to advise that Reckitt Benckiser are about to release 100 varieties of Nurofen to the market.
They will target every conceivable malady from sore toe nails to bent ears.
They will be individually packaged, and will be priced according to the intensity of the malady they target.
To save money, they will all have the same ingredients.
Apart from commercial considerations, they feel they are being socially responsible, by contributing to the betterment of our lifestyles.

solly ossifer I'm not drunk.

You can't get the good old-fashioned placebo any longer. Only brands like Nurofen.
