HUGHIE'S BIRTHDAY

Post by lynny » 25 Jan 2018, 09:21

.
I doubt that there's enough people at SPs to make a quorum let alone a birthday party!

But anyway....

Happy Birthday to Hughie.

:oops :character-oldtimer: Thanks for your good wishes - we spent my birthday in Adelaide off a cruise ship from Melbourne, caught the tram to Glenelg and had a pizza near the pier there.

G'day Hughie, I have not heard from you for a few years so was nice to see you are here.
Must be lovely down your way this time of year. Wish we still owned the round house we built, you walk past each day :)

Hi Phyl,

Yes, still around and look in here every now and again. We now have the ferry over to Dockland in Melbourne, so that's convenient for us visiting family in inner Melbourne - rather than drive through the Melbourne traffic.

Getting on a bit so have graduated from a push bike to an electric bike. It's a fold up which I put in the boot, I only ride on the bike trails for exercise - yes you still need to pedal. I never ride on the road it's just too dangerous.

Hope you are well, Phyl.

Thank you for your nice reply Hughie. We wish we still lived down near you as it is such a beautiful place.
Peter and I are going along o.k. but somehow the years sprinted past instead of a slow pace lol. Still coping o.k. and doing the splits and exercise :)
Really nice to hear from you.
