....and love and kindness to you lynny and Teddy !
Bettys post on the 25th Anniversary of Hillsborough tragedy with thousands of fans paying tribute by singing, "You'll Never Walk Alone" reminds me of another terrible tragedy that occurred at Bradford City Football Stadium in May 1985.
One of the grandstands caught fire and within a few minutes, it completely engulfed the grandstand. It resulted in 56 people losing their lives and many more with terrible burns.

I know that this is the "good News" section of silverpeers but it is indeed good news that we remember the many who perished.
This link is a moving youtube tribute with a beautiful song as well...... so sad.

"You'll never walk alone......"
I am a LFC fan from way-back-when and I adore the song and it's meaning.
I also have a pretty fair minded opinion of my choice for the best rendition, especially when it was performed in Australia in front of 95,000 patrons.
Play the link (music doesn't start until 4.05 mins) and keep an open mind.
This is Australia, some 14,000 miles away from Liverpool, and as Gerrard said after the game: Awesome, just mind-blowing!

The devil whispered, “You cannot withstand the storm“ and I replied: “I am the storm!”.....Unknown.
