Write him out of the will - leave everything to an animal shelter...the recipients there would be far more grateful and loving and would love to have a good furever home

I fail to see how one would go about asking a foetus for consent to give birth. What would happen if by some miracle the foetus refused? The mother could wind up carrying a young adult around in the womb. I should think that the parents might also have the right to sue the child for being born in the first place, assuming it was not their intention at the time to conceive a child. Who comes up with these ludicrous scenarios anyway - unemployed lawyers?
